In recent years, the domestic many freeway asphalt layer even at the grassroots level in the opening after a number of years has to be repaired and renovated, the main reason is the neglect of the treatment problems among the asphalt pavement layer, the base course, and the waterproof layer. The treatment process and quality control technology between each layer of the asphalt pavement structure have significant influence on pavement performance. To find a treatment technology which is suitable for China’s traffic conditions, long-life asphalt pavement layer materials supply and construction level, has important theoretical and practical significance to promote and develop our long life asphalt pavement. Based on the existing research of many scholars at home and abroad, Investigation on the present situation of treatment technology between the layers of the asphalt pavement was made, the interlayer bonding state mechanical was analyzeddetailed, the appraisal was carried on to the existing treatment technology between the layers of the asphalt pavement combined with the experimental and engineering example, and determination method is put forward for inter layer parameters and evaluation index. The main work done in this paper are as follows:(1) Read extensively related literature and information at home and abroad, understand the interlayer and treatment technology of asphalt pavement status between the layers of the asphalt pavement, and summarizes the main existing problems and their causes;(2) Establish the pavement structure calculation model by BISAR program, analyze the mechanical characteristics under different contact conditions between layers of asphalt pavement, and seek for maximum shear stress effects and rules of the pavement structure parameters;(3) Analyze the layer performance evaluation index, seal performance evaluation index, sticky layer performance index and its influencing factors and the corresponding influence law;(4) Combining with engineering examples, put forward the pavement construction quality control is the key technology and analyze the economic benefit of the interlayer treatment technology.
