Household appliances integrated control system is the home appliance of single family within the centralized management and the realization of control function through the local area network technology. The system starts from user’s point of view, display and manage the information in the operation interface running status of electrical equipment and equipment parameters. It also can be in real time on the home appliance control and regulation. Compared with independent equipment that widely used, household appliances integrated control system can be not only conveniently installed and used, but also reduce the manufacturing cost of home appliance equipment. At the same time, the entire appliance integrated control system also with a certain degree of scalability, can easily add new appliances, can control strategy of the system software update.The design work of household appliances integrated control system carried out mainly from two parts of the software function and hardware selection of home appliance control system integration, system uses CAN bus to form a local area network, establish communication with an external Internet network by the main control computer, realize the real-time remote control household appliances operation. In household refrigerator as an example the complete software and hardware circuit of the system design and selection of work. For ordinary household refrigerator temperature control, puts forward the fuzzy PID control strategy, established the fuzzy control rules table is perfect. Experimental research and numerical simulation using the Simulink module of Matlab software, the results show that compared with PID control strategy, using the fuzzy PID control strategy, the cooling speed is fast, the internal temperature stability and the control quality is excellent.
