BIM Technology In Studying On The Application Of Central Heating In Nanpi

This paper introduces the development situation of domestic and foreign central heating system,elaborates the status quo of central heating,analyzes the current problems in heat source of centralized heat supply,heat supply network and heat transfer station by learning and mastering information through careful investigation and study.The low efficiency and waste of construction industry is much higher than other industries,which requires an information platform that can be shared by all the parties involved in the project.And the application of BIM technology just provides an information platform.With the continuous development of information technology,the integration of BIM technology and lean construction theory will be the inevitable trend of the construction industry’s development in the project management activities.First of all,the paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of BIM technology at home and abroad,provides the theoretical basis for the application of BIM technology applying in projects.Secondly,the traditional design,construction,cost control are summarized and its advantages and disadvantages are discussed.At the same time,we apply BIM technology to a project to establish its 3D model,divide the task,design authority,manage the project and check the conflict.And adding the project progress and animation to carry out the 4D simulation of construction,adding the cost of BIM-5D simulation based on the 3D model.Finally,the effect of applying BIM technology to the project is compared with traditional design,construction cost and so on.The economic benefits of BIM technology applied to the project and the overall impact on the construction schedule are obtained.The research results of this paper provide a feasible way for the successful implementation of BIM technology theory in engineering project,and have practical value for further enhance of the information technology’s level in the construction industry.It has certain guiding significance in improving the production efficiency of construction enterprise and saving cost at the present stage.
