Study On The Layout Optimization Planning About The New Rural Communities Based On The Weighted-voronoi Method

During the period of the fastest development of country, the rapid expansion of urban space contributes to the changes of countryside. Especially the internal demand of rural settlements to transform form decentralized to centralized development. It is known that the long-standing urban-rural dual system,result in the lack of infrastructure and public service, widen income gap between urban,the rural residents and the disorder of rural development, the problem of the new destruction and demolition being not at the same time is very serious. In order to improve production and living conditions of farmers, promoting positive interaction relations between urban and rural areas,the central timely Put forward the “construction of New rural communities”, this major initiative.The study of the new rural community in our country is not only a new academic field, but also an important practice in the field of economic and social development of transition at the present stage. In this paper, take Lintong district for example, studying on the method of new rural community layout. According to the analysis and summary of current conditions of rural community in lintong, combining the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Expert scoring, evaluating rural residential overall influence based on the aspect of social、economic、ecological and space, Through the analysis and comparison the different methods of space division about the range of influence of rural resident residential, giving the method of the combination of Weighted-Voronoi diagram and breaking point pattern, drawing rural community layout optimization planning based on it. It is proved that the method guidance the rural community layout optimization planning scientifically, making the planned new rural community integrated potential better, guiding new rural community space layout better. It can be seen that comparing to the conventional methods, this method is more practical, for other areas of new rural communities to provide reference for planning and construction.
