With the deepening of the modernization process,the material and cultural needs of the officers and men of the army are increasing day by day.The new military establishment and the generation of combat effectiveness have undergone earthshaking changes.The CMC has put forward standardized,institutionalized and standardized new demands for barracks security.As the basic guarantee of military readiness,training and life,the importance of barracks is self-evident.The military in the cold region is faced with severe weather and severe energy consumption,which is not conducive to our strategic counter-offensive deployment and military modernization.To study the energy conservation of military barracks in cold regions not only conforms to the basic national policy of China's sustainable development,but also can solve the demand of barracks for officers and soldiers in cold regions,save military maintenance expenditure and increase the military's strategic endurance.In this paper,the military barracks building in the severe cold region is taken as the research object.By summarizing the characteristics of terrain,landform and climate in the severe cold region,the energy consumption status and characteristics of military barracks in the severe cold region in northeast China are analyzed at first,and the energy saving requirements of military barracks in the severe cold region are clarified.According to cold region army barracks present situation,characteristics and energy saving building energy consumption demand,combined with the related research in the field of building energy efficiency,this paper sums up the construction of the building design and construction stage,the main factors which influence the energy saving are: building shape coefficient,building orientation,the thermal performance of building layout,building palisade structure four aspects.In order to study the four influencing factors and the relationship between building energy consumption,this paper designed the standard model of cold region barracks,use of the above four factors affecting the DeST software,simulated and analyzed through the analysis,to explore how the cold region barracks buildings in the design and construction phase by controlling the shape coefficient,building orientation,building layout,the thermal performance of building surrounding structure makes it achieve the goal of energy saving.Finally,taking the barracks building of a certain department of our army in Shenyang as a case,the above research is verified.
