Chang’an University electric hydraulic proportional pressure and flow test rig is mainly used for test pump controlled motor, valve controlled motor and single hydraulic components,performance test. It contains the IPC of the King View software of measurement and control system and PLC which based on control program can achieve interactive communication, and control the electric hydraulic proportional pump, proportional motors and a variety of solenoid valve. In this paper, the test and control system of the electronic-hydraulic proportional pressure flow experiment is designed to improve the response and reliability of the pump control motor system.. On the basis of the control object determine the overall scheme of the control system, by upper computer and lower computer, data acquisition card,card output signal, proportional amplifier, a sensor and a terminal board selection, draw the hardware connection diagram, and complete the hardware design of measurement and control system which are based on King view software in PC and PLC software in the MCU module based programming, the software design of the control system. The main work is as follows:(1) The development and status of the electronic-hydraulic proportional control technology are summarized, not only the classification and the developing process,but also the trend of the measurement and control system are briefly introduced.. The composition and working principle of the electronic-hydraulic proportional variable displacement pump control motor system in the electronic-hydraulic proportional pressure flow test rig are analyzed..(2) The requirements of hardware selection which choice the appropriate PC and lower machine, data acquisition card, card output signal, proportional amplifier, a sensor and a connecting terminal plate models, determining the overall control system hardware connection.(3) According to the control requirements of the measurement and control system, the low computer PLC program controller is divided into blocks, ceding control module, acquisition module and loading module, determining the I / O points and the corresponding variables, and writing the corresponding ladder diagram, computer testing and controlling system software which are based on King view compile for screen design and define a structure variable, then edit application command language program, final debugging operation.(4) The deviation calculation module and the PID control module can accord with the control request of the constant power experiment of the pump control motor system, and the analysis results are verified.
