Synchronization fiber-entraining chip lower seal, which on the basis of the original maintenance method with the development of science and technology, is a new technology and material that adopt Synchronization fiber-entraining chip seal car sprinkle modified emulsified asphalt,fiber, modified emulsified asphalt and aggregate simultaneously,then press by glue wheel road roller to acquire the early strength,and finally press by natural driving to good compaction.This technology can be used in the highway lower seal layer have good ability of stress absorption and dispersion, high water resistance, high stability, quick and easy construction, no pollution to the environment and so on.At present, synchronization fiber-entraining chip lower seal is studied and application only in the minority area in China,and there are not any technology prescriptions of its material selection, mix design, construction control, road performance evaluation index and cost management in correlation criteria. The mix design method of synchronization fiber-entraining chip lower seal is still based on traditional theory method and experience method.Its material selection is also on basis, wide usage. Construction technology and quality control copy similar technology’s criterion. So mix design, construction technology and economic management and related research for Synchronization fiber-entraining chip lower seal have strong practical significance.This article firstly establishing synchronization fiber-entraining chip lower seal ABAQUS finite element model to analyze the vertical deformation and layer bottom bending tensile stress of each layer of pavement structure with variation under seal layer elastic modulus,selecting the type of modified emulsified asphalt, fiber, gravel suitable for synchronization fiber-entraining chip lower seal material,and testing they technical performance.By changing the spraying amount of modified emulsified asphalt, fiber,crushed stone to produce different proportions of specimen fiber after shear test, pull-out test and dynamic seepage test to determine the most suitable synchronization fiber-entraining chip lower seal for some province.Paving test road with the suitable material and the best mixture ratio,and its road performance be proved good,and through the test road paving summaried its construction technology and quality control measures.Selecting slurry seal course and crushed stone sealing layer as contrast, do whole life of economic analysis of synchronization fiber-entraining chip lower seal,show that direct costs of synchronization fiber-entraining chip lower seal is economic.This article provide design indicators、design method、construction technology and road performance index system of Synchronization fiber-entraining chip lower seal, making the new technology application in some regional or nationwide received technical support.
