As we all know, the road is the national infrastructure construction, and the highway is a country as a result of economic development to a certain degree of a product, it is also a measure of a country modernization level of an important indicator. Along with our country highway construction, especially the rapid development of highway construction, highway traffic mileage in China is rising year by year. It’s also cause rising highway maintenance maintenance tasks, maintenance aspect research demand has become more and more urgent. How to carry out scientific maintenance and Whether safety, high efficiency, high quality, and how to reduce the cost to complete the maintenance task is crucial. Domestic and foreign experts have to conduct the disease of roadbed in-depth investigation and study,and proposed the highway maintenance theory and method.Based on the regulation of copper highway maintenance engineering, I investigated the west of copper superhighway K2 + 150 ~ K82 + 146 section of up and pass lane road pavement on-site investigation and test analysis in this paper. I summarized that the pavement crack, rutting and so on various causes of disease. on the basis of the Common diseases investigation in semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in China,I analysis for west copper highway pavement cracks, rutting, pit slot diseases.it mechanism.I Introduced our country highway asphalt pavement using performance indicators and judgment standard. Based on the comprehensive performance evaluation model of asphalt pavement in our country, we stretched the K31 + 000 ~ K40 + 000 to the pavement performance evaluation in our country has carried on the corresponding analysis and put forward the corresponding evaluation model. Finally on the basis of pavement deterioration investigation results and pavement condition evaluation data. we wested copper highway improvement measures. And the surface in the process of renovation and grass-roots construction points from the late middle construction prophase, construction, construction are analyzed. This project is relatively close to the actual engineering, Research results could apply in the similar highway asphalt pavement maintenance engineering practice for reference.
