With the rapid development of the national transportation business,the heavy loading phenomenon of road transportation is becoming more and more serious,and the long-term effect of factors such as environment,climate,make the asphalt pavement appear horizontal cracks,vertical cracks,alligator cracking,rutting and any other road diseases.The occurrence of pavement diseases seriously reduces the service quality of road and shortens its service life.In the course of road operation and maintenance,the Pavement Management System has been widely recognized by the road management department.The evaluation for the performance of asphalt pavement plays a central and leading role in the Pavement Management System.The accuracy of results of evaluation have important significance for the pavement maintenance and conservation decisions.The current evaluation for the performance of asphalt pavement commonly uses constant weight,in addition,the road environment factors and the characteristics of the disease use to be overlooked in the evaluation process,so the results of the evaluation have limitations.In view of the above questions,this paper based on the intermediate maintenance overlay engineering,investigated and analyzed the road condition of Danla highway Xiaoxiling to Laoyemiao section.The main achievements are concluded as follows:1?Combining with the intermediate maintenance overlay engineering of Danla highway Xiaoxiling to Laoyemiao section,the testing equipment?the detection method and evaluation indexes were introduced and evaluated.At the same time,the traffic volume and climate of the section were investigated.The traffic classification of this section was over-heavy traffic and the overloading phenomenon was serious.The daytime and nighttime temperature difference was largely in this area.2?This paper proposed fuzzy evaluation for asphalt pavement condition based on hierarchy variable weight method,in which the road environment factors and the characteristics of the disease were considered.In order to make the results of the evaluation conform with the real state of the road,this paper evaluated the performance of pavement from macroscopic and microscopic aspects.3?Based on the road condition survey and road performance evaluation of Danla highway Xiaoxiling to Laoyemiao section,this paper put forward the disease treatment project.Using the evaluation model constructed in this paper,the pavement was evaluated under the conditions of large temperature difference and heavy load.The evaluation result was consistent with the actual road condition.At the same time,the treated pavement was tested,and the pavement technology was in good condition.The evaluation model constructed in this paper has good practicability and accuracy,and it had a very good reference for the pavement maintenance project in similar environment.
