The modern market competition has become increasingly fierce, the competition between businesses and customers requirement personalized make the market from a single previously towards diversity changed. Customers are becoming involved in all aspects of product realization, the influence on products implementation makes production diversity,unpredictability and production changes and other phenomena occur frequently, the cost and speed of mass production which provide customers with customized products and services to make the mass customization production emerged, it requires the manufacture enterprises with production scheduling more reasonable and scientific to manufacture products which the customers demand. The production scheduling can not only respond to the unpredictable market but also satisfy modern economic society and the requirements of people.Based on the production plan, scheduling supervise the constraints of takes, the use of equipment and urge the implementation of the corresponding plan. Through the research, the problem of production scheduling is found. From the study of production scheduling related algorithms start, identified a new production scheduling algorithm,described the algorithm and mapped the flowchart. The influencing factors are product tree structure, equipment ability, delivery time and so on. Equipment capable of planning model is set up. Established by equipment capacity planning model of production the shortest duration as objective function, under the resource constraint conditions,according to the task tree model to identify the corresponding to the product structure tree,connecting equipment and the task through the code, be convenient to solve the problem of leisure equipment. The new algorithm combines the actual data simulation in the MATLAB software, and gets the final conclusion, confirms the feasibility of the new algorithm, and provides a new method for future theoretical algorithm of production scheduling. Finally the rational use of idle time confirms the method in production to promote the utilization ratio of equipment.The models and methods are applied to Tangshan Henglian Electromechanical Equipment Co. Ltd, to improve the production task to a reasonable degree of processing production, decomposition and equipment more reasonable, greatly improving the repetition rate equipment, the ability to make the enterprise rapid response ability to the change of market demand strong.
