The content mainly introduces the principle of centrifugal pumps with frequency control and frequency inverter, the principle of filter backwash, and outline the present situation of research and development for the application of frequency conversion transfer speed technology of pumps and the combined use of filter backwash and pump frequency conversion in recent years at home and abroad, as well as energy-saving analysis of application with frequency conversion speed adjusting pump in the filter backwash. Energy-saving analysis is calculated and analyzed through the method of simulation experiments, taking the power consumption of filter backwashing for once of northern suburb water works in the simulation as a reference, then obtain the required delivery head of filter backwashing by calculating so as to select the required pump, and then calculating the curve equation of pump characteristic, the required backwash pump head curve equation, and drawing the corresponding curves in the figure, and then analysis of energy-saving. After analysis of energy-saving, preliminary design of the filter backwash device is also necessary, the main innovation is to install a pump with self coupling, so you can use backwash a plurality of filter with one pump, as the type of installation of automatic coupling device can make the pump track down the slide into the aqueous medium quickly and easily, which makes the promotion, placement and maintenance simple and easy, ensures the movement of the pump and allows the pump to be easily fixed.
