Research On Evaluation Of Nanjing Zijin Mountain Greenway

Greenways’ construction can drive the economic development along the line,change the way people travel,behavior patterns, consumption concept, city morphology, urban and rural structure, to achieve low carbon and ideal livable environment. therefore, China gradually launched research on greenway.The author through the research on evaluation model in the usage discover, this evaluation method is not much in the practice of our country and has not formed a complete theory system and evaluation model.The research on the post occupancy evaluation of greenways is scanty.Therefore this paper hope that through the use of the evaluation theory and the greenway theory to optimize the greenway design.This article through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of the natural scenic greenways. Here we take Zijin Mountain Green way for instance to analyzing natural, landscape, traffic convenience and other usage by the questionnaire survey and on-the-spot measurement way,this way provide the reference value for the construction of the greenway in a a scientific way.Based on the above results, I found:①As the natural scenic greenway, natural elements, landscape elements and recreation elements occupy an important proportion in the greenway’s evaluation, human factor and management factor occupies a minor proportion. Users of Zijin Mountain natural scenic greenways are satisfied with the natural elements and landscape elements,; the recreational elements is not good enough.②From the use of the crowd, the crowd is mainly in the elderly.In the greenway’s usage mode,more users choose to walk;In terms of greenway’s usage time, people more like choose morning to use the greenway. People like come to the greenway in weekend,show that they put the greenway as one of the holiday travel attractions,it also brings additional functions for the greenways, besides exercise, commuting functions.Finally, according to the investigation of the Zijin mountain greenway,I draw the following conclusions:natural scenic greenways has multiple function of exercise,traffic capacity and journey.Paying attention to the diversity of the plants and the design sense of the plant configuration. For the design of "greenway", due to the large flow of people,we needs to emphasize the concept of people-oriented in the design, think about the convenience and security of the greenway. After the greenway is put into use, we still need to pay attention to the post maintenance management, safety management and other aspects of the demand.
