With the rapid development of hybrid technology used in military and civilian vehicles,different forms of the hybrid electric vehicle are being improved for different purposes. Electro-mechanical transmission tracked vehicles developed countries compete to become hot. In this paper, a kind of Hybrid Electric Vehicle with Electro-mechanical transmission system is taken for the study, the influence of the parameter of engine, battery and motor to the vehicle dynamic performance is researched. A matching method is proposed for different design requirements.The dynamic performance requirement, such as the maximum speed, maximum grad ability and the acceleration time from 0 km/h to 32 km/h, is affect by the parameters of engine, motor and batteries. How the parameters influence the requirement in the steady-state is studied and maximum speed or maximum grad ability can be confirm in the steady-state is summarized while the acceleration timecannot be confirmed in the steady-state. It needs a new method to calculate the acceleration time.Based on the MATLAB software platforms, Simdriveline and Simpowersystem are used to build the model of thevehicle. A Design of Experiments(DOE) is used for the analysis of parameters’ influence on the acceleration time based on the Isight software composited with MATLAB. A quadratic regression model is fitted for the calculation of acceleration time.Based on the Isight and MATLAB software platforms, an optimization model is built for the multi-objective optimization with different design requirements. An example has been calculated and verified. So the matching method is testified reasonable.According to the upper analysis, a GUI is designed to realize many functions. Steady-state analysis and dynamic acceleration simulation can be realized by using the designed GUI program, matching analysis can be also used with this GUI program.
