Research On Construction Organization Design And Construction Management For Qian Ping Bridge

The bridge project is a common project in our modern society, and it is an indispensable part of our social traffic network, besides, it is commonly known as the throat of the traffic, therefore, the effect of construction of the bridge project is particularly important in our society traffic network, Its stand or fall concerns the success of the project construction investment, and more importantly, the bridge project after completion will be directly involved in our daily production and our real life, that is related to the property and safety of our country and the citizen. That is to say, compared to the road project, each construction entity should pay more cautious and attention to construction organization design of the bridge project. Bridge project construction organization design is the comprehensive document of technical, economic and organization when implementing each activities of the whole bridge project, simultaneously, it is the guidance documents which will make the construction be continuity, balance, rhythm, harmony and economy, besides, it is the important means for scientific management of the construction.Firstly, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research about the bridge project progress and trend, besides, we briefly elaborate the related theory of construction organization design. In what follows, the related theory is the theoretical basis for analyzing the actual project.Secondly, this paper gives a brief introduction about Qianping bridge, and on the basis of this, we give an overall disposition and a program for constructing Qianping bridge.Thirdly, this paper provides construction organization design, construction process management measures, rainy season management measures and night construction management measures for Qianping bridge. This is the key chapter of our paper, and in this chapter we elaborate the preparation work, construction scheme and construction process for Qianping bridge, and these involve the whole construction process. So this chapter lay a solid theoretical foundation for the smooth implementation of Qianping bridge.Finally, this paper provides safeguard measures for construction management of Qianping bridge, and theses measures could ensure the smooth implementation of Qianping bridge so that Qianping bridge can have a perfect ending. All these measures truly ensure the realization of the project of high quality, high efficiency and safety.By combining actual terrain and construction requirements, according to the related norms, this design mainly completed personnel, machinery and time arrangement for Qianping bridge. Besides, we draw a bar chart, construction floor plan and personnel entry table, Simultaneously, we draw up construction methods and construction processes, in the end, we give some measures to guarantee the quality, safety, construction period of the project.
