Steel structure is widely used in architectural engineering. Compared with the concrete structure, steel structure has many advantages, such as small weight, high strength, high recovery and so on. Many steel structure buildings use profiled steel sheeting-concrete composite slabs as their floors. This kind of combination component not only has significant performance advantages, but also has the advantages of factory production and site installation compared with the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floor structure. Construction period is greatly reduced. But because of its light weight and large flexibility, the lack of comfort under pedestrian excitation appears in the use of buildings. Based on the engineering background of a prefabricated steel structure building, this paper researches on the dynamics response of the structure under walking excitation and jumping excitation.This paper researches the influence to comfort of people in the room by mobile walking excitation In the corridor. Improves the four line load model by taking overlap time into consideration. This paper analyzes the distribution of peak acceleration on the floor and puts forward the concept of comfortable area ratio used to evaluate the structure’s comfort properties in the whole region. Combined with the situation that may appear in the actual use of the construction, the paper provides various conditions to compare and analyze the influence of structure acceleration response under different frequencies, different routes and different numbers of pedestrians. Takes the thickness of the floor as an influence factor to the structure’s comfort performance, gets the influence law and puts forward the improvement opinions of the floor.The paper researches the dynamic response of the structure under fixed point jump excitation, briefly analyzes the Time effect on the load, studies on the influence of position factors to the structure’s acceleration response and briefly explores the superposition effect of structure vibration acceleration under two points synchronous excitation.
