| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,smart electricity meters have been used in many countries around the world.As the intelligent terminal of power grid,Smart electricity meter plays a vital role in the operation and development of power grid.In order to avoid such problems as inaccurate measurement,running clock,data loss,interference from power grid,lightning interference,static interference,fraud and so on in the field operation of smart electricity meters,this paper focuses on the reliability design of smart electricity meters.The research work is mainly in the following aspects:First,the hardware circuit reliability design,including the power unit,measurement unit,communication unit,load switch and power abnormal detection circuit reliability design.Linear transformer with high stability is selected as the reliability design of the power module,and three-phase special energy metering chip with high precision and high reliability is selected to complete the reliability design of the metering part with the current transformer and voltage sampling resistor.Second,in the aspect of the software of the smart electricity meter system,it puts forward the software reliability design of legal system and non-legal system.In the software,the parameters related to legal measurement are packaged and stored in different data blocks according to the types,so as to ensure the integrity and reliability of measurement data.The device parameters are protected.When the identity authentication authority is enabled,the reading and writing of all parameters requires identity authentication.If the identity authentication fails or the identity authentication is invalid,the electricity meter only supports reading data items in the default security mode parameters that can be communicated in clear text.In terms of time measurement data,in order to improve the ability of anti-jamming,the chip provides time write protection function.It must write special instructions to the write protection register before the time register can be overwritten.The data transmission of the communication system increases the function of safe transmission and improves the reliability of the communication system.Third,the three-phase remote fee control intelligent electricity meter designed by the experimental test is better than the standard requirements in high temperature,low temperature or normal temperature measurement error accuracy,strong anti-interference ability,radiation disturbance and conduction disturbance is far better than the test standard,the software reliability is high,can meet the requirements of the State Grid. |
