| In the country’s household appliance industry, the level of automatic production is usually not very high. Consider the fridge industry, the traditional dispatching way of refrigerator door is to put them in the cart and then send them to the assembly place artificially. This delivery method is low efficiency, high cost and lack of humanization because people feel very tired after one day’s work. To solve these problems, the factory wants to build an automated conveyor line to improve the automation level and enterprise benefit. This paper expounds the design way, research and implementation process of the host control system of automated fridge door conveyor line.The system was developed by Win CC as software platform and Advantech industrial computer as hardware platform. It used TCP/IP protocol to communicate with Siemens S7-300 series PLC, and took data from it. Win CC provides C script and VB script to complete the programming for production statistics, reservoir scheduling algorithm, remote database access and so on, while the paper focuses on the reservoir scheduling algorithm and database access technology because they are the core of the system. It also provides configuration function to develop HMI including production line monitoring, real-time alarm, feedback of real-time production information. Besides Win CC, the system also uses other technologies like RFID, Microsoft SQL Server and touch screen technology. So the comprehensive utilization of these technologies will improve system stability and reliability.It is the first time to use the automatic conveyor line for delivering the fridge door in the country, so the system has many independent innovation technologies. One of the most important parts is complete the design and programming of scheduling algorithm in reservoir area, and that improves conveying efficiency, automation level and reduces the burden on workers. The scheme can also be used as a reference case for other similar projects. |
