How to optimize processing batch and improve the workshop layout so as to improve the production efficiency has become an urgent problem to be solved in development.In this paper, takes the aerospace fasteners production logistics system as research object, using the simulation technology, group technology and Simio production logistics simulation software to simulate and optimize production aerospace fastener enterprise logistics system. The main research contents as follows:Firstly, analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the production logistics system of aerospace fastener enterprises. Describes the characteristics of the production process of fasteners in the complex material turnover and processing workshop layout, and the necessity of using simulation modeling and optimization of production logistics system.Secondly, combined with Simio simulation software describes the step of aerospace fasteners enterprise production logistics system simulation and modeling. Taking T enterprise as an example, constructs its production logistics system simulation model, using the model to simulate its actual production, and find out the restricting factors of the system and the bottleneck.Thirdly, aiming at the bottleneck of production logistics system, establishes the optimization model of production logistics system based on group technology. Using group technology groups the faster according to processing resource similarity. To solving the group unit number uncertainty problem of group technology, Proposes that using Simio simulation software to build simulation and optimization model of group result, and take advantage of the model to find the most suitable group for the actual production environment.
