Study On Planning Strategies Of “Beautiful Village” Planning Of The Qisheng Village In Kaixian County, Chongqing

With the arrival of transformational development of China‘s urbanization, Village planning has become the most important aspect of the new urbanization. However, the traditional village planning simply pays attention to the arrangement of physical space in rural areas. And based on “people” of the multi-dimensional perspective to observe and understand the construction requirements of “beautiful village” planning in rural areas under the background of new urbanization. Therefore, this paper studies on the strategies of the “beautiful village” planning with the case study of Qisheng Village, Changsha Town in Kaixian County of Chongqing.The paper researches the general situation of “beautiful village” planning in Qisheng Village and realizes the sound developmental intrinsic motivation of “beautiful village” planning. Nevertheless, physical space, spatial relationship, industry development, planning system, culture transmission and the development of timing of “beautiful village” planning in Qisheng Village are at fault. Therefore, based on theories, practices and research review at home and abroad, the paper found that “beautiful village” planning is the complex system engineering. The “beautiful village” planning should establish the bottom-up demand and the top-down guidance as the core and use holistic approach of “village system-town system-city system” to solve the above six problems. And the holistic approach is about function, system and action plan from micro to macro in logic.Functional level, the paper focuses on spatial requirements about “production + life + ecology” of “beautiful village”. The paper makes “village unit” as the research object following the logic order from micro to macro of “building function — land usage — land boundary — element flow”. From the main content of “land intensive, residential upgrade”, “border demarcation, ecological protection”, “urban and rural integration, interactive contact”, the paper solves two problems about physical space and spatial relationship. And “beautiful village” planning in Qisheng Village does practical spatial demand as follows: enrich functions of residential building, strengthen land functions of village, delimited growth boundary of village and determined the flow direction of urban and rural spatial elements.Systemic level, the paper focuses on internal and external collaborative development of “beautiful village”. The paper makes “village unit”, the town and the county as the research objects following the circular logic order from inside to outside of “internal — external organization”.
