Study On The Spatial Differentiation Of Community Public Service Facilities And Its Formation Mechanism In TIANHE,GUANGZHOU

Urban community public service facilities is the spatial carrier of community public service, it represents parts of the distribution of the urban material space resources. The space distribution of urban community public service facilities would have great impact on the quality of resident life and social justice. As the change of public service supply system, the market began to participate in community construction and the supply of public services. The configuration of community public service facilities are affected by many factors, thus it shows obvious spatial distribution and unbalance. It would lead to urban social space isolation and social injusticeThis research chooses the 21 administrative streets of TIANHE,GUAGNZHOU as space unit, analyzes the economic spatial pattern and population characteristics of every unit. According to the distribution of all kinds of community public service facilities in TIANHE, it is possible to analyze the supply density of facilities in every street and then conclude the whole layout characteristics of the community public service facilities in TIANHE.On the basis of the sixth survey of population in TIANHE, it could get the social and economic features of 21 streets. All of the 21 unites can be divided into 4 partitions. By comparing the difference between these four partitions,,it could be concluded that different region of different Characteristics got various supply of community public service facilities, and people of different social and economic factors get different opportunities to get the service.Finally,according to the various of the supply policy, investors and users to summarize the related factors. Frist, the change of supply policy provides the possibility to the diversity partition of public service facilities,at the same time,city planning also affect the public service facilities supporting. On the second, from the point of supply subjects, investment and supply differences lead to different location selection of public service facilities. At last, the diversity of people leads to different demand,so the social differentiation exacerbate the public service facilities space differentiation. non-profit organizations also contributed to a variety of supply in public service.
