Research On The Characteristics Of Space Allocation Of Public Service Facilities In Residential Areas

With the acceleration of new urbanization and the increase of residents’ disposable income,residents’ demand for public services has also changed.Public service facilities in residential areas,as the carrier closest to daily life that undertakes the supply of public services from the government and the public’s perception of the warmth of the government,not only meet the quantity requirements of residents’ daily physical life,but also the convenience of the use of the facilities has become an important symbol of their supply quality.However,under the background of different development stages,different policy ideas and different implementation paths,the differential distribution of the spatial distribution of public service facilities in residential areas leads to the difference in the way residents obtain public services,thus affecting the convenience of residents’ access to facilities.In recent years,with the wide application of the concept of living circle,the spatial distribution of facilities not only emphasizes the convenient use of a single facility,but also the matching degree between the differentiated spatial distribution of facilities and the service range of facilities based on residents’ acquisition time has become a research focus.Based on the background of different supply mechanisms,this study attempts to construct descriptive indexes of spatial configuration characteristics of public service facilities in residential areas,and select typical residential areas to summarize different types of configuration characteristics,analyze their influence on supply,demand and operation,and propose strategies for optimizing spatial configuration.Based on the attributes of public goods of facilities,descriptive indexes of spatial distribution and allocation benefits of public service facilities in yantai city are constructed from the perspectives of equity and efficiency.Starting from the spatial layout of the facilities,the spatial distribution characteristics of the facilities’ objective supply,the spatial service acquisition capability characteristics and the satisfaction characteristics based on the residents’ subjective choice are analyzed and summarized.In addition,on the basis of the analysis of the facility supply mechanism,the spatial configuration characteristics of residential public service facilities in typical areas are differentiated,and analyzed from the perspectives of facility supply,actual demand and facility operation,in an attempt to find the internal mechanism of the facility space configuration characteristics and facility supply.This study established a set of index system of residential public service facilities space allocation features rich residential public service facilities space allocation and optimize the content of the quantitative evaluation,providing theoretical basis for evaluation of the public service facilities space allocation and scientific basis for the analysis of the facilities supply mechanism can be used in similar mechanism of the residential public service facilities allocation,improve the facilities supply and service efficiency,is of certain reference and promotion value.
