Differential Demand Oriented Community Public Service Facilities Optimization Strategy:A Case Study Of Central District In Sanyuan County

With the continuous advancement of urbanization and the continuous improvement of residents’ living standards,the deployment of public service facilities in many urban communities has gradually become incompatible with the diverse needs of residents in different communities due to the lack of research on the different needs of community residents in the past The supply capacity of community public service facilities cannot meet the differentiated needs of residents.In the current context of connotative urban development focusing on quality and quality,the improvement of the quality of community public service facilities is an important part of it.Therefore,this article aims at the problem of the current public service facilities supply and the differentiated needs of residents.The community in Sanyuan County is selected as the research object to explore the optimization strategies of community public service facilities from the perspective of residents’ differentiated needs.The research mainly includes three parts: the presentation of residents ’differentiated needs,the matching research of the status of community public service facilities and residents’ differentiated needs,and the study of community public service optimization strategies.The thesis first sorts out the current research status of community public service facilities at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant research results of the current research on community service facilities configuration,and then self-defines the research ideas.The current planning of community service facilities in China is based on planning methods,standard interpretations and cases.Study from three aspects,and then judge the future community public service facilities and facilities planning ideas.Secondly,we take the community in the central urban area of Sanyuan County as the research object,analyze the basic construction situation and community characteristics of the community in Sanyuan County,select four representative types of typical communities for key research,and obtain residents’ information on public service facilities by issuing questionnaires and field interviews.The usage and demand situation,summarize the typical characteristics of the differentiated needs of residents between different types of communities,and research and judge the needs of residents’ public service facilities in the future;again,analyze the current status of facility supply and residents in combination with the current construction of public service facilities in communities The matching of different needs,and analysis of the reasons for the current status of supply and demand.Finally,on the premise of proposing optimization principles and optimization paths,from the perspectives of holistic and sub-category,an optimization strategy of community public service facilities is proposed for the community in the central urban area of Sanyuan County.
