Design & Implementation Of Highway Toll Audit System

Highway plays an important role in national economy, with the rapid development of national economy and society, the highway traffic is growing. With the enlargement of the scale of highway network, a single fee in the amount of vehicles is increasing, and because the highway site, car flow is large and the limited number of inspectors, and actions taken after the driver found violations of all sorts of reasons, make the traditional fee auditing method can’t effectively detect and investigate evading vehicle. Driven by economic interests, vehicle toll evasion behavior becomes intensified and toll audit also becomes an important issue needed to be solved in the charge management.Based on the background of the author participated in the design and implementation and has been put into formal operation of a freeway management system project, and summarizing the image inspection subsystem completing and some improvement of it, this Paper put forward a set of comprehensive highway toll audit system scheme. The paper was carried out on the highway toll audit system requirements analysis, and from software architecture design, business process design, software function module design, database design and so on four aspects of the highway toll audit system, elaborated this tries to make readers understand the system as a whole. In the realization of the system, the paper discusses the system development environment, the key technology, combined with the software part of the operation interface and introduces the main functions of the system implementation.This research based on B/S mode system structure based on the object oriented design method, comprehensive, MVC design pattern, interactive Webpage development technology of AJAX, ORM Data Persistence technology, distributed communication programming technology WCF techniques and methods, design and implementation of Expressway toll audit system. The main work is following four aspects:According to the actual business of the expressway audit work, it can carry on the requirements analysis of the highway toll audit system.According to the demand analysis, it can extract system function and design the related systems. The design of the module is in detail, such as the system function as much as possible to meet the needs of users.Using MS SQL Server technology to build library, reasonably design a database table, and in view of the practical application of large amount of data optimized query demand quickly.With the method of object oriented programming, using the interactive web development technology to separate the user interface, type code organization management, a distributed communication programming technology called lane image, makes the system function clear and easy to use.The similar system of Expressway toll audit system scheme is introduced in this paper with strong functions, advanced technology and reliable features, and it can vehicle running water, abnormal events systematically, fine, and optimize the management and strengthen the traffic card check, accelerate the localization, special events to raise operating highway safety. So this system can provide a reference and the reference for the future research and application of Expressway toll audit system.
