Research On The City Road Systematic Design Based On Sponge City

In recent years, rainstorm waterlogging disasters occurred frequently in China, and traditional city road has widespread drainage pressure, rainwater resource wastage etc, which not only brought great harm to the ecological environment, but also caused a serious loss of life and property to the people, it has been unable to meet the needs of ecological protection and social development. For this purpose, we put forward the concept of "sponge city", using LID technology to carry out rainwater runoff control. This paper studies the urban road system design of the sponge city idea, can effectively alleviate the problem of the rain emissions, improve the urban road hydrology ecological environment.Firstly, the paper puts forward the concept of Sponge City Road System Design, core elements, objects, ideas and principles; analyzed the relationship between the sponge city road system and LID, and summarizes the applicable objects of different LID facilities in city road.Secondly, the paper constructs the sponge city road system planning and design system from the actual situation of China’s urban road and the domestic and foreign relevant engineering experience, as follows: ①Sponge City Network planning: through the research of the traditional city road network planning, the influence factor, the planning idea and the planning principle of the sponge city road network are summarized. ②Sponge City Road design: Summarizes the difference between sponge City Road and traditional urban road based on the existing research; makes the choice of LID facilities and combination optimization designs for city road; carries out the choice of LID technology and facilities for the road red line, and optimization designs the building, the district with LID facilities; the cross-sectional layouts of sponge city road are presented by studying the characteristics.Finally, takes Shangluo City as an example, the results of Shangluo city road network planning and Shang Yang Avenue design are given under the idea of sponge city, the scheme of Shang Yang Avenue design were evaluated by SWMM model. It is concluded that the runoff of the sponge city roads is better than the traditional urban road, and is more conducive to the protection of the ecological environment of the urban road system.
