With the rapid increase of the production capacity of machinery manufacturing enterprises and the development of international market,it brings not only the rapid economic development,but also many production safety risks to enterprises.In order to improve the safety production of machinery manufacturing enterprises,it is necessary to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the safety status of machinery manufacturing enterprises.Aiming at the problems of weak comprehensiveness and insufficient hierarchical sense among indexes existing in the safety evaluation system of mechanical manufacturing enterprises,this paper makes a systematic study by means of investigation and theoretical analysis.Firstly,combined with the accident-causing theory and 4M model,the paper analyzes the dangerous and harmful factors that lead to production safety accidents in enterprises from four aspects of human,material,environmental and management.Based on the principles of scientific,systematic,operable,policy-oriented and prominent,it establishes four first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators and 21third-level indicators.A comprehensive evaluation index system for the safety status of machinery manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to construct the hierarchical relationship among the various indicators in the evaluation index system,and the judgment matrix is constructed to determine the relative important relationship between the indicators and determine the weight of the indicators.In order to avoid the influence of subjective factors on the final comprehensive evaluation results,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the evaluation process according to the characteristics of safety evaluation of mechanical manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,according to the characteristics of each factor in the evaluation index,a single index factor evaluation method is proposed.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation system and its corresponding methods for the safety status of a mechanical manufacturing enterprise are applied to the safety status evaluation of an automobile manufacturing enterprise in Hunan Province,and the safety status grade of the enterprise is obtained.In order to improve the efficiency of evaluation,the "comprehensive evaluation system calculation system" is developed by using MATLAB software,which simplifies the calculation process.Based on the assessment results,suggestions for improving the safety situation of the enterprise are put forward.The research on the comprehensive evaluation system of safety status of mechanical manufacturing enterprises provides technical support for improving thesafety management and production safety of enterprises.
