Research On The Emergency Capability Multi-level Extension Evaluation Of Construction Enterprises

In recent years, in order to reduce the incidence of accident of construction enterprises and reduce the accident loss, scholars has carried out a number of studies:there are mainly according to the theory of accident and hazard theory of safety management to investigate, analysis the various factors influence of construction enterprise security management and research on the safety management standardize of construction enterprises. In addition, a few scholars researched on the emergency management of construction enterprises. This topic based on the previous studies, aims to establish suitable construction enterprises emergency capability evaluation index system to evaluate the construction enterprises emergency.First of all, through the analysis of emergency management and emergency ability relationship of, the subject and object analysis of construction enterprises emergency,and the analysis of the construction enterprise accident types, defined the concept of construction enterprises emergency management and construction enterprise emergency ability. Second, using the system engineering theory of hall-three dimensions structure model to analyze the internal mechanism of construction enterprises emergency ability,dismantling the construction enterprises emergency ability index system to the government organ emergency and project execution emergency, established the preliminary index system of construction enterprises emergency ability; On this basis,the article has used the likert scale method through the compiled questionnaires to filter the index system on-the-spot investigation, determined the index system of construction enterprises emergency ability eventually. Third, through the analysis of tradition evaluation methods, this article selects the extension mathematics method for the establishment of the emergency capability evaluation model of construction enterprises. Because of the need to the importance of each index in the evaluationprocess of mathematical calculation, through the analysis of the weighting method to select the structure entropy weight method to calculate the index weight. In the end,through the field investigation data acquisition of the established evaluation index system, by an example, intuitive reflect the degree of the construction enterprise’s emergency ability level.Research shows that through established the hall-three dimensions structure model of construction enterprises emergency capability, provides the innovative idea of the emergency ability index system establishment for construction enterprises. Structure entropy weight method considering the expert subjective experience guarantee the objectivity of the weight at the same time, the extension evaluation method to determine the construction enterprises emergency capability level of emergency capability and determined the inclined degree of the emergency capability at the same time.Construction enterprises emergency capacity extension evaluation model based on structure entropy weight can be drawn lessons from for the construction enterprise security management of scientific and feasible management tools.
