| Biochemistry analyzer is a kind of typical Fine Instruments with Optic-Mechanic-Electric,containing lots of complicated subjects. This thesis mainly introduces the theory and the whole design of semiautomatic biochemistry analyzer.Firstly, text introduces the concept of biochemistry analyzer and the international and domestic development trends of the hospital biochemistry analyzer, pointing out the domestic demand foreground. Later, introduces the principle of the biochemistry analyzer and introduces biochemical theoretical foundation which is called Bouguer-Lambert-Beer Low and composition of spectrophotometer. This design adopts the virtue of modern-amplifier and digital potentiometer to attain the programmable index require. According to the multitask need of Semiautomatic biochemistry analyzer, designing one control system by ATmega128 and CPLD to accomplish hardware circuit design; according to the need of operation, completing software system design. At last, report the detailed experimental results of this design.
