The Study On The Construction Management Patterns And The Construction Cost Control Methods Of The Rural Road Engineering Project

In recent years, the rural road construction is often faced with these questions which are the out-dated construction management standards, the short-staffed supervising officers, the unsubstantial technical forces and the shortage of construction funds. In order to improve the construction management level, control effectively the construction cost of the rural road, and eventually better construct the rural road, the reasonable choice of the construction management patterns and the construction cost control methods of the rural road has been the burning question in the field of the rural road.How to choose reasonably the construction management patterns and the construction cost control methods is mainly studied in the paper. Firstly, the literature about the construction management and the construction cost control of the rural road engineering project is summarized. On that basis, the choice model of the construction management patterns of the rural road engineering project is proposed based on the AHP, and the calculation software of the YAAHP is applied to solve the proposed model. The construction cost control is in need of the initiative, the whole process and the entirety. The supervision and administration should be enhanced to increase the veracity of the forecasting results before construction. The earned value method is applied to calculate the actual and planned cost deviation during construction. The new ideas of the construction cost control are developed based on the calculated results. A numerical example which is based on the real rural road is carried out to prove the proposed model and ideas. The research results show that it is feasible that the proposed model is applied to choose the construction management patterns of the rural road engineering project and the developed ideas are applied to control the construction cost of the rural road engineering project.
