| Aluminum wheel primer coating is widely used powder coating, most powder baking temperature higher than wheel heat treatment temperature, effect wheel’s comprehensive properties, drop of elongation, brittle rise, at the same time, high temperature baking energy consumption, is not conducive to saving energy. The low temperature curing powder can reduce the curing temperature to 150℃, which can reduce the effect the elongation and brittleness, and also save energy. If high temperature curing powder adding accelerator reaction, reduce the baking temperature, prone to mix problems and transport process problems. Therefore we need development and application a new type one, which with low temperature reaction resin.This paper is intended to use the existing coating line to verify the applicability of the new type powder, in order to achieve a low energy consumption, and high performance. The research covers the process control of the aluminum wheel production, the method of sample detection and the application of batch test.The results show that choosing appropriate reactivity, viscosity of saturated polyester resin with carboxyl group and suitable softening temperature, mix biphenyl A type epoxy resin mutual as curing as a membrane body, at the end, the low temperature curing powder testing qualified and applied on aluminum wheel can reach the standard, wheel toughness and impact resistance performance improve experiment. after applied in batch test, the data are analyzed, reached the technical indexes, meet the requirements. This study has important reference for improving wheel’s performance, saving energy and reducing emissions in the future. |
