With the rapid development of the aerospace and precision machinery, rolling bearing is developing towards the characteristics of high accuracy and miniaturization. They are essential parts in mechanical transmission, which performance has a great influence on the life and reliability of the entire mechanical equipment. And their parameters must be tested and analyzed before being put to use. However, at present, domestic bearing test rigs cannot satisfy the performance testing requirement of small loading and cannot test their performance parameters, which seriously hinders the development of small-loading bearing. Therefore, doing technical research in loading system for the small-loading bearing rig has theoretical significance and practical value for the development of bearing products diversification.In this paper, loading system of small-load bearing testing rigs is designed. Based on consulting a large number of data and relevant literature, according to analyze application characteristics of different loading ways, a loading control plan of servo electric cylinder is put forward in more flexible and convenient loading force control. On the basis of studying servomotor vector control theory, simulation model of loading system with AMESim software is established to present dynamic analysis, whose result shows the feasibility of the loading plan. Load control system with the PC + I/O card is designed and closed-loop control method is proposed with fuzzy PID algorithm. Design the hardware circuit and hardware platforms and then program monitoring interface and control procedures with LabVIEW software. Finally, construct platform for bearing testing machine is established, small load bearing conditions are simulated and different load spectrum in different bearings achieved with high loading precision, which verifies the rationality of the loading system.
