With the development of wireless communication, more and more industries realize the importance of automation based on wireless ad-hoc network. The purpose of automation technology is to build a wireless network based on multiple devices, In the mean time, computers control these devices by network. So research on the quality inspection automation can not only help improve the efficiency of quality inspection work, also can promote the development of the wireless ad-hoc network.The research is sponsored by the Electronic Balance Quality Inspection Automation based on Smart Phone Project. The paper mainly focuses on test automation and quality inspection data collection automation.We propose a electronic balance quality inspection automation based on wireless ad-hoc network solution to improve the efficiency of quality inspection. The article analyzes and refers to the smart grid monitoring, brainpower household, elevator monitoring, and other automation application solutions. We summarize two key elements of automation. One is the basic function of the sensor. The other is the wireless ad-hoc network. Basic function of the sensor is premised on automation, it means the use of electronic sensors to replace manual testing in quality inspection. The electromagnetic farmar designed by this article can produce different weights by MCU’s control to make electronic balance produce readings. Wireless ad-hoc network is the key to bring out automation. The paper choose DGT-CC as the basic routing algorithm through consulting a large number of literature and comparing a large number of routing algorithm.Then we improved the DGT-CC algorithm and proposed the DFDG-DB algorithm to adapt to the need of quality data collection. Finally, the electronic balance wireless ad-hoc network data collection method is completed.We propose a complete quality inspection automation solution which is based on the electromagnetic farmar and wireless ad-hoc network. The quality inspection module be embedded in electronic balance. In the mean time, it can detect electronic balance automatically. Quality inspection module consists of MCU, Zig Bee chip, WIFI chip, electromagnetic farmar and so on. Quality inspection data will be transmitted to the data collection quality inspection module by Zig Bee, data collection quality inspection module will send quality inspection data to smartphone by WIFI after data be received. Data processing center can receive the data which is collected by smart phone from the Internet and analysis the data to find out the abnormal electronic balance.Finally, we verified the feasibility of the electromagnetic farmar and the effectiveness of the wireless ad-hoc network data acquisition algorithm through the experimental simulation. It proved the scheme designed in this paper can achieve Electronic scale quality inspection automation.
