Under the background of the rapid increase of energy consumption in villages and towns,scientific and rational energy planning and utilization of villages and towns is particularly important.At present,there are few studies on the resource endowment,household energy habits and energy consumption status of Southern villages and towns in China,and they are greatly affected by geography,climate and socio-economic factors,and the existing research results cannot guide the energy planning and utilization of villages and towns in Hubei.Based on this,this study carried out on-site investigation of residential energy consumption in Hubei villages and towns,objectively showing the basic conditions,energy habits and renewable energy reserves of local residents,and found that the per capita energy consumption of villages and towns in Hubei was 703.3 kgce/(yearˇperson),among which the per capita energy consumption in the northeastern part of Hubei is the largest,reaching 1342.0 kgce/(yearˇperson).According to the differences in climate and living habits in Hubei,Hubei villages and towns are divided into two areas: Area A(Central South Hubei and Southeast Hubei)and Area B(Northeastern Hubei and Southwest Hubei).Through correlation analysis and factor screening,it is found that the per capita energy consumption in Area A is positively correlated with the resident population,the average daily opening time of air conditioners,and the per capita annual income.The per capita energy consumption in Area B is positively correlated with the resident population,and the winter heating form and per capita Annual income is negatively correlated.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis was used to establish the prediction model of residential energy consumption in Hubei A and B areas,and the reliability of the prediction model was tested.Finally,the preliminary analysis of solar energy and biomass resources in Hubei Province was carried out by Hierarchical cluster analysis,and the distribution map and zoning map of biomass resources in Hubei were drawn.The results of the zoning show that:(1)except for Enshi,other parts of Hubei are in areas with abundant solar energy,stable and scattered radiation;(2)The per capita biomass resources in Hubei Province is 1.06tce/(yearˇperson)(including urban population),and the per capita energy consumption of this survey is 0.7tce/(yearˇperson).Therefore,the rational use of biomass energy can not only meet the energy consumption of villages and towns,but also solve the energy demand of some parts of the city.
