With the rapid development of China’s green building industry, the green building labeling programs have received more and more attention and existing identity "green degree" has become the focus.How to make green buildings out of the design, let the user perceived, supervision and creating a more eco-friendly, more humanized project become the urgent matter.Learning from the wisdom of imitating nature in Chinese traditional culture and creativity, combining the concept and the energy conservation and emissions reduction, the connotation of green building can be further extended.Above all things, the most attention is the design of the building wind environment.How to achieve the aim of creating comfortable and safe outdoor wind environment and further improving the building indoor air environmentthrough the reasonable construction of the wind outdoor environment designhave become the focus in the industry.Because in the design stage, the designers can only use CFD software to simulate the building outdoor wind environment, and the wind environment simulation prediction analysis report is the only important supporting document for the assessors, so the application of CFD technology methods has become the key factor in the assessment of construction of the building outdoor wind environment.This paper first synthesize building wind engineering and computational fluid dynamic theory, integrating the existing theoretical research results to analyze the building outdoor wind environmentwith different architectural layout, topography, and climate conditions in theory.Then summing up the existing standards in our country about the construction of the building outdoor wind environment CFD simulation requirements of the technical system and its diversity through the comparative analysis in different research institutions and regional standard about the application of CFD in the construction of the building outdoor wind environment.On this basis, analyzing the CFD application status of the building outdoor wind environment simulationg and assessment in China based on 24 green building labeling projects, from the perspective of the engineering application. Then comparing it with existing standards of CFD application guidance requirements, putting forward some technical key points of revision opinion, and at the same time, summarizing green building outdoor wind environment evaluation of CFD simulation report templatesuitable for China.At the end of the paper, analyzing the turbulence model selection and terrain physical model simplificationby the construction of the typical building models and the scheme comparison research methods.Putting forward suitable requirement for turbulence model selection and the physical modelsimplificationfor the building outdoor wind environment of CFD to simulate.
