Study On Design Of Open Commercial Service Facilities Of Residential Area

With the development of national economy, residential business is constantly changing. Nowadays, residential open commercial service facilities are the most popular construction types. Currently, residential open business has made a significant development. However, due to the lack of full consideration to the ambient urban environment and the needs of residents, there are still many design problems.Combined with the questionnaire analysis, this research aims to summarize the existing design problems through a deep investigation in usage and design status of residential open commercial service facilities. After analyzing these design problems, this article hopes to put forward design principles and methods of current residential open business, in order to give a better instruction for the construction of residential business.At first, the related concepts of residential open commercial service facilities are defined in this paper. Secondly, through collating the development of residential business at home and abroad, the domestic evolution of residential business and the characteristics of today’s residential open business are analyzed. In consideration of the current residential business classification, the scope of this research includes residential business street and residential shopping mall in export-oriented residential business. What’s more, by researching residential open commercial service facilities in Xuzhou, it summarizes the design defects in urban interfaces, urban spaces, residential recreation spaces and common facilities from the perspective of the openness to cities and residents. Then, considering the characteristics and investigation of residential open commercial service facilities, design principles are put forward. According to the existing problems of residential business streets and residential shopping malls, the architectural design methods are proposed in this paper. At last, the development of Chinese residential open commercial service facilities is predicted and prospected.The paper contains 118 figures, 9 tables, 61 references.
