Today the environmental crisis and the shortage of human resources have aroused the attention from all walks of life including architecture. While the standard single space has been unable to meet the diverse needs of people for the construction. In order to meet the change of demand, the method of demolition and reconstruction had been used to solve this problem. These buildings in large part have not reached the years. The number of office building built in a year was merely behind residential building. So, how to realize the sustainable development of office building has become the hot topic. The purpose of this research is to study a set of high-rise office building system of standard design based on IFD theory, which is openness, flexibility and sustainable, to improve efficiency, reduce costs, promote industrialization and mass production and the innovative application of construction parts.Based on the basic theory, this paper has analyzed and summarized the theory of IFD and standardization. And it has proposed standard design criterion and the design method. This study is mainly reflected in two aspects: one is the design of flexible and standard space. Firstly, based on the analysis of the spatial unit of highrise office building, using the standard design method to analyze the zone and sector, the basic variation and sub-variation; the other is the demountable design of technology supporting the design of flexible space. It includes the selection of support, detachable unit and the combination. There are some types of systems which can be brought to be industrialized, flexible and demountable(IFD) in support level. The site-mechanization was chose as the support of high-rise office building. For detachable unit, this paper proposed the modular wall system, detachable facade system, flexible pipeline system to realize the design of flexible space. In order to combine support and detachable unit together conveniently, the paper used tartan grid to determine the location and size of components and locating dimensions.This research is the powerful supplement to the design in the existing system of office building, is an important part of research on the theory of sustainable development of office building. Its significance is mainly manifested in three aspects: firstly, high-rise office building standard design is conducive to the unity of quality, improve efficiency, and reduce cost to obtain a higher level in construction; secondly, it is an important guiding mode of office building industry development. Standard design is the primary stage of industrialization; thirdly, it is help to develop a standard system of sustainable high-rise office buildings in cold region. This study can hope for the design and construction of high-rise office building to provide some reference.
