Rendezvous and docking technology, space shuttles and extravehicular activity technology, are called the three basic technologies of manned space flight, its technology is mainly to serve long-term manned space flight, large space station resupply missions or as an important part of related to the use and support, therefore, as a complex systems with many of the demands. How real and effective design rendezvous and docking simulation test has very important significance, with the current development of space activities, it has a certain real-time simulation applications. Lab VIEW RT is based on Lab VIEW, derived a system for real-time and it is capable of mating with a corresponding real-time operating system, compared to other real-time systems, hardware and software has the unparalleled advantage. The project is based on “XX control and simulation”. For the design of spacecraft dynamics model, the simulation plan, semi-physical simulation test conducted in-depth research. Its main contents include:First, the relative motion equations derived in the track coordinates, that is CW equation. Following the adoption of mathematical modeling and analysis of the relative motion characteristics and properties. Since the close relative motion posture exercise is not a part that can ignored, then it is relative attitude motion were studied. Finally, comparative analysis of the state of nature, and mathematical simulation by perturbation, then studied perturbation of the spacecraft’s close relative motion. After that, using NI’s Simulation Interface Toolkit to change previously under MATLAB / Simulink simulation model into a digital real-time dynamic simulation model in Lab VIEW RT, which can be run in real-time simulation, and designing an appropriate modular development process.Secondly, in close rendezvous process, a single inertial navigation device or CCD camera navigation have separate advantages and disadvantages. Combined with the actual situation and it does not separate effectively complete navigation tasks. So this paper combined with the advantages of the two navigation systems, analysis and design a IMU / CCD integrated navigation system, to improve navigation accuracy.Finally, designed the overall program real-time simulation systems in close rendezvous, planning the overall composition of real-time simulation system and the main functions of the various subsystems. For real-time simulation model uses a NI-PXIe Series hardware and real-time simulation models on Lab VIEW RT, and by design it has good extension. For distributed real-time simulation system, by way of shared memory to solve the problem of transferring data between the various subsystems. Finally written by Lab VIEW software integrated control system to provide a good user interface, and in conjunction with other laboratory existing equipment for semi-physical simulation.
