Research On Building Technologies Of Villages And Towns Of Songyuan District,Jilin Province Base On The Idea Of “Green+Context”

With the acceleration of urbanization,China has made great achievements in urban and rural construction,but the development driven by short-term economic benefits has separated the architectural context.Regional traditional architectural technology has not been well inherited and developed,but replaced by the flooding of modern prevailing technology,resulting in the lack of regional architectural personality and serious architectural culture crisis.This trend is spreading to towns and villages.The development of village and town buildings must not blindly apply the development model of big cities,but must adopt new ideas for construction to continue the architectural context.Nowadays,the green development of architecture has become the connotation requirement of contemporary architecture.Green building emphasizes energy conservation,health and environmental protection,but it pays insufficient attention to the connotation of humanistic spirit advocated by regional architecture such as context attribution.The organic combination of regional excellent traditional building technology and modern green building technology,and the development of local green building technology,can promote regional architecture to conform to the development of The Times,and at the same time,realize the continuation of architectural context.This paper integrates the green building concept and the continuation of architectural context,and studies the village and town buildings of Song yuan district with the idea of “green+context”.Based on the investigation of village and town buildings of Songyuan district,Jilin province,this paper analyzes and summarizes the construction materials combination mode,structure mode and equipment and facilities mode of local village and town buildings,and puts forwardtwo development approaches of village and town buildings:1)Development of suitability technology:According to the local climate characteristics,regional resources and economic development status and regional cultural tradition,the combination of modern technology and regional traditional technology will be selected to develop appropriate,effective and appropriate technology.2)Localization of imported technology:Learn modern excellent technology and experience and carry out localization transformation,so that it can better adapt to the local climate conditions,economic and technological level,cultural customs.The two ways of development pay attention to the green development and the continuation of the context of architecture at the same time.Under the guidance of the idea of “green +context”,the green building technologies suitable for the heritage of Songyuan district is explored through the two approaches of the development of suitability technology and the localization of imported technology.To realize the modernization and upgrade of building materials and structural,equipment and facilities of village and town buildings of Songyuan district.And summarized the strategy of continuing architectural context.It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical and technical support for the healthy development of village and town buildings and the continuation of context in Songyuan district,Jilin Province.
