In recent years, with the development of society and economy, the development of electric vehicle caused a lot of attention. Charging electricity facilities as an auxiliary facilities of the development of electric vehicles, it is restricted and influenced the development of the electric car market. Large-scale construction of filling in electric facilities contribute to electric car marketing, research in the location optimization theory about charging station has a great significance to planning and construction about charging station.Compared the energy supplement mode of electric car and charging for electric facilities construction, analysis construction requirements of charging station, from the Angle of market economics, using the bass diffusion model to forecast the market share rate of electric vehicle, established on the bass diffusion model of the electric car to calculate the planning area of electric car’ownship, calculate the different energy supplement mode in electricity demand fill in the size of the electrical facilities,based on it to study the location optimization of electric vehicle charging station.Location optimization of electric vehicle charging station are different with the traditional energy supply sites, the different characteristic determines the location selection method is different. In this paper, from a different point of view to consider characteristics of electric vehicle charging station, respectively analysis the three situations in influencing factors on site selection of station which is the considering leasing service, the users fill in electricity price and the priority channel fill in electricity charging station, minimizing the objective function in cost, consider constraints of the proposed site number and fill in electricity demand, constructed site selection model of charging station based on transportation planning model considering the electric car rental service and based on P- median model considering charge for electricity price of users,analyzed the change of site selection model of charging station after joining channel priority.Site selection and planning the Beijing electric vehicle charging station, using the research method proposed in this paper, planning and site selection the electricity facilities of Beijing, through the example optimization results can be concluded that the model can be optimize the location of electric vehicle charging station within the planning area, make the total cost minimum of the electric vehicle charging station within the planning area, the study shows that the proposed location method has certain rationality and operability.
