| Cast-in-place concrete honeycombed-core hollow floor is a new floor system, which is formed after pouring of concrete according to certain rules of placement of embedded fillers. This floor has the advantages of large span, light weight, material saving, lower story, improving mechanical properties and using function. Even though cast-in-place concrete hollow floor with honeycombed core for embedded fillers has a considerable number of applications, research on this floor is relatively less and its real economic performance was often questioned in the process of application. It is necessary to research on the mechanical properties and economic analysis for honeycombed-core hollow floor in order to make a certain contribution for promotion and application of this floor.Firstly, with three different span floors as research objects, the finite element analysis models were studied by analysis program ABAQUS in this paper. Hollow floor, crosswise floor and ribbed floor in the span of 7.2m×7.2m and 14.4m×18m and hollow floor and prestressed main and secondary girder floor in the span of 21.6m×18m were included in the models. A few mechanical indexes of the several kinds of floor of each span were compared, and many mechanical properties of cast-in-place concrete honeycombed-core hollow floor were obtained. Finally, consumption of the steel, concrete and formwork of each type of floor were calculated respectively according to construction, decoration engineering consumption quota calculation rules in shaanxi province in 2009. The cost of construction of each type of floor of three span werecalculated according to the consumption of materials. Through the comparing of the consumption of materials and cost of construction of each span of cast-in-place concrete honeycombed-core hollow floor and the other types of floor and the change rule as the change in the span, the economic scope of this floor in structure selection for structure designer offering reference were concluded. |
