Research On Planning Design Of Agricultural And Sideline Products Cold Chain Logistics Center

With the rapid development of China’s society and economy, people’s living standards have been significantly changed. The pursuit of food is changing from “eat one’s fill” to “eat safely and healthily”. “Food cold chain” is an important way to ensure the health and safety of food. The government puts forward < Plan on Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Development> in 2010. Developing agricultural products cold chain logistics can obviously promote the quality and safety of agricultural products. In this context, this article obtains the research object.In the design and construction process of the logistics center, the planning design is a vital and basic segment affecting the development of logistics center. Based on the analysis on the domestic and foreign research status, this article takes the planning design of logistics center as the research object, with the methods of reading literature, theory analysis, field research and comprehensive evaluation. This article puts forward the solution strategy for the issues during the planning design of Yurun Group’s agricultural and sideline products cold chain logistics center. The main research work is as follows:Research on functional layout introduces each functional area, different function settings, the goals, principles and methods of functional layout. This article analyses the pros and cons of different layouts, and how to improve space utilization.Research on road traffic introduces traffic characteristics, road network planning principles, road network forms, roadway types, forms of road layout, three-dimensional transport system and parking layout. This article analyses the road traffic’s specificity of agricultural and sideline products cold chain logistics center, and how to promote the transportation efficiency.Research on architectural space analyses different function area’s design requirement and related design methods from the view of architectural design. External space design is also in the study scope.
