Study On The Location Of SN Group’s Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center

Cold chain logistics distribution center location is the key to the construction of cold chain logistics network.This paper studies the location of SN group’s agricultural product distribution center and the distribution route planning from the distribution center to community stores.Two of the four alternative distribution centers of SN group are selected as the cold chain logistics distribution centers of SN group’s agricultural products.From the perspective of qualitative analysis,this paper determines the model of distribution center location and the algorithm for solving the model on the basis of literature review and analysis of the research status of cold chain logistics of agricultural products at home and abroad.Based on the current situation of cold chain logistics of agricultural products of SN group and the characteristics of agricultural products’ corrosion resistance and transport timeliness,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the location of distribution center of cold chain logistics of agricultural products.Through qualitative analysis of alternative locations of SN group agricultural product distribution center,this paper selects two distribution centers from the perspective of lowest cost.From the perspective of quantitative analysis,this paper establishes the location selection model and path optimization model of distribution center respectively through the description and basic assumptions of location problem,so as to achieve the goal of the lowest construction cost of distribution center and the optimal path from distribution center to community stores.In terms of solving the model,the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve each model respectively in this paper.Finally,the results are verified.The results obtained by quantitative analysis are consistent with those obtained by qualitative analysis.At the end of the paper,this paper makes a further summary and elaboration of the research conclusions,and analyzes the innovation and shortcomings of this paper and future research prospects.
