| With the rapid development of the economy and society,people’s living standards have been significantly improved,and at the same time,the quality of agricultural products necessary for life has also been higher.This is in contradiction with the current unbalanced development of domestic agricultural cold chain logistics.Cangzhou is rich in various agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables,meat,aquatic products,etc.In order to reduce the decay in the logistics of agricultural products,the Cangzhou Municipal Government issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Cold Chain Logistics" to encourage the development of cold chain logistics industry.In this context,Company A decided to establish a cold chain logistics center for agricultural products,in order to expand the scope of enterprise services and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,the scientific layout of the cold chain logistics center has become the focus of research.The article first combs the relevant theories of the logistics center layout,summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors of the cold chain logistics demand of agricultural products,and establishes the gray multivariate linear which is the combination of the GM(1,1)gray prediction model and multiple linear regression analysis.Combined with the market share undertaken by the logistics center of company A,I predicted its future cold chain logistics demand;and estimated the area of each functional area based on the proportion of material flow undertaken by each functional area.Then,based on the characteristics of cold chain logistics center,such as fast turnover and high cost,I summarize the factors which is affecting the layout of the logistics center of company A.And on this basis,I improve the limitations of the traditional SLP method.The improvement is mainly divided into two aspects: one is to establish an analytic hierarchy process model to quantify the non-logistics relationship of the functional areas.The second is to establish a multi-objective programming model with the largest comprehensive interrelationship,the smallest transportation cost in the logistics center,and the smallest transportation cost in the functional area as the objective function,and use genetic algorithm to solve the model.Improve the efficiency and accuracy of layout design.Finally,based on the calculation results of material flow and area of each functional area,I use the improved SLP method to design the layout plan of the logistics center functional area of company A,and the optimal layout plan of logistics center of company A is finally obtained. |
