Research On The Design Of Cold Chain Logistics Center Of Agricultural And Sideline Products From The Perspective Of Public Health Security

Chinese living standards have been kept up since the 21 st century.The increasing demands of healthy and safety foods makes a great leap of cold chain logistics domestically.The COVID–19 which outbreaked at the end of 2019 threats the safety and health of cold-chain food and leaves challengs to the cold-chain logistics center.From the perspective of public health security,this thesis examines the status quo and problems of cold chain logistics centers in China,deeply studies the design requirements of cold chain logistics centers and puts forward the corresponding design principles and methods,which is of positive practical significance for ensuring food safety and health,preventing and controlling COVID-19 and improving the design level of cold chain logistics buildings.Taking agricultural and sideline cold chain logistics center as the research object,the paper defines important concepts such as public health safety and cold chain logistics center.Through literature review,case studies,interdisciplinary research and other methods,the paper combs the development of cold chain logistics centers at home and abroad,and analyzes the status quo and problems.50 examples of cold chain logistics centers were compiled,and 5 typical cases were selected to summarize their references in planning and design from the perspective of public health security.Then,the design objectives,principles and methods of cold chain logistics center from the perspective of public health security are expounded from seven aspects: public health security risk,overall planning,functional layout,road traffic,architectural space,external environment and architectural modeling.Combined with practice,the design method is applied to Yixing agricultural cold chain logistics center in Jiangsu province,which achieves the predetermined goal and achieves good application effect.This study has application value for ensuring the safety and health of cold chain food,improving the efficiency of cold chain logistics,epidemic prevention and control at the architectural level,and can provide reference for the design and construction of cold chain logistics centers in the future.The paper falls into 6 chapters with 70378 Chinese characters,137 illustrations and 4 appendixes.
