So this article will focus on the research in the edge of the city of affordable residential PeiJian public service facilities.The author conducted a study with xi "an affordable residential, found in the third ring road outside edge of the city of affordable residential living extremely inconvenient, in the area were lack of PeiJian public service facilities it’s hard to from the surrounding area meet the basic needs of daily life, such as information or go to a doctor to see a doctor, to the city to buy life takes residents own human and financial resources to afford. So, the author will research result statistics, selected the WeiShui hin in the edge of the city residential area as the specific research object, in order to explore the city fringe area of affordable residential PeiJian optimization strategy of public service facilities.This paper main body part is divided into five chapters:The first chapter with reference by preliminary investigations, observations, find problems for study.
