The new now building stiffening rib ecological composite wall is a new,lightweight, high strength,energy-saving and seismic building structure system constructed by lightweight aggregate(the ceramsite is made of mud)concrete blocks,which improved from the traditional ecological composite wall and reinforced masonry structure. The in-built strengthening lib adopts new U-shaped slotting blocks, thus leaving out the molding process in horizontal steelcasting, simplifying the construction process, which has a significant impact on the construction of newer villages, especially on the shortage of large-sized construction equipment in remote areas, the long operation cycle, the inconvenience of transporting wallboard as well as high investment etc. This article is based on experimental study, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis method, with a clear focus on the influence on seismic performance, working mechanism, work performance of the new now building stiffening rib ecological composite wall through changing construction technology, moreover, it proposes a formula on shear capacity of the target subject, expecting to providea theoretical support for later engineering application. The main research contents are as follows:1. The test of Cube compressive strength, the test ofsplitting tensile strength, the text of axial compressive strength of ceramsite foam concrete block, the basic mechanical property indexes, and determination of the uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve of compression, constitutive model. Experimental study on the compressive properties of silt ceramsite foam concrete block masonry, the failure characteristics, deformation properties and compressive strength, and get the curves of strain relationship of stress and elastic modulus of silt ceramsite foam concrete blockmasonry by the test results and analysis. The sludge ceramsite foam concrete block masonry shear testing study, test results show that single shear failure and shear failure surface of two kinds of double shear failure type, failure are shear failure.2. Through the aseismatic test of two( The wall with single rib beam and with double rib beams) new now building stiffening rib ecologicalenergy-savingcomposite walls with 1/2 scale under low-frequency cyclic loading, to analysis the seismic performances of the wall, such as: bearing capacity, stiffness, displacement performance,ductility, energy consumption and so on, and to contrast analysis the seismic performances between the new now build stiffening ribs ecological composite walls according to the reinforcing rib arranged in different forms. Analysis and experimental study show that:Double ribbed wall is better than the single beam wall in the bearing capacity, deformation performance, the ability of anti collapse strength, stiffness,seismic performance and energy consumption increased slightly; single ribbed wall is increased slightly than double rib beam wall in the ductility and energy dissipation.3. Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software to built the numerical model ofthe new now build ecological composite wall, and to nonlinear finite element analysis,the model adopts the whole continuum model of masonry and block modeling,and the constitutive model of the continuum of masonry mortar and block model of the unified model, nonlinear finite element analysis, and the test results and finite element analysis results are compared and analyzed, to verify effectiveness of the now build stiffening rib ecological composite wall numerical model. On this basis, the main factors that influence the model now build stiffening rib ecological composite wall with oblique section shear capacity were analyzed and discussed, the establishment of new now build the calculation formula of shear bearing capacity of oblique section of reinforced rib ecological composite wall, and carries on the analysis of single factor based on the extended numerical changes, regression and correlation parameters, and gives the formula of applicable scope. The finite element simulation value was compared with the results of calculating formula, the result and analysis show that: the model is built in this paper to strengthen the diagonal rib ecological composite wall calculation formula of shear bearing capacity of high precision, which can provide a theoretical basis for engineering design and scientific research.
