The weather of the Tibetan plateau, the Inner Mongolia plateau and the loess plateau is severe, the altitude of this region is high but the pressure is low, the solar year radiation hours is longer than other region, so the aging of asphalt pavement caused by strong ultraviolet radiation is becoming increasingly serious, ultraviolet ageing of asphalt mixture has roused more and more get people’ attention. To analyze the influence factors of asphalt mixture ultraviolet aging and understand the influence law of different factors to asphalt mixture ultraviolet aging, is of great importance to further study ultraviolet aging phenomenon and aging mechanism of asphalt mixture.Firstly, Paper give a brief analysis on the solar ultraviolet radiation spectra and the ultraviolet aging mechanism of asphalt, determined to use UV high pressure mercury lamp, which is similar to solar UV radiation spectrum, as ultraviolet radiation source, the indoor ultraviolet aging environment box is build, and then from four aspects which is the ultraviolet radiation intensity and aging time, asphalt properties, mineral aggregate gradation, oil-stone ratio, take dynamic stability and low temperature splitting strength as evaluation index of asphalt mixture’s high and low temperature performance, the influence factors of asphalt mixture ultraviolet aging are studied in detail through indoor ultraviolet aging test, the influence law of each factors is given for the ultraviolet aging of asphalt mixture’s high and low temperature performance, finally, the influence factors of asphalt mixture ultraviolet aging are analyzed using grey correlation analysis method, the sorting of ultraviolet aging influence factors for dynamic stability and low temperature splitting strength are also put forward, it provide a theory basis for asphalt pavement design work in strong ultraviolet radiation areas.External environmental factors, especially the UV radiation intensity is the superior factors for ultraviolet aging of asphalt mixture’s high and low temperature performance, from the pass rate of key mesh and the asphalt performance index, mineral aggregate has greater influence on ultraviolet aging of asphalt mixture’s high and low temperature performance than asphalt binder. In gradation composition, 0.075 mm mesh pass rate, has most profound effect on the ultraviolet aging of dynamic stability and 4.75 mm mesh pass rate has most profound effect on the ultraviolet aging of low temperature splitting strength; In asphalt performance index, the softening point of has great influence on ultraviolet ageing of dynamic stability, the penetration has great influence on the ultraviolet aging of low temperature splitting strength.
