Research On The Intelligent Technology Of Control And Protective Switching Devices Based On DSP

In recent years, with rapid development and wide application of electronic, control and communication technology, traditional low voltage electrical apparatus are going to change into a new type which improved categories, functions and performance. Control and protective switching devices(CPS) is a new multi-functional integrated electrical apparatus, it combines the functions of isolators, breakers, contactors, relays and other products, have the advantage of discrete device, and also overcome the difficulty in cooperation of protection features and the disadvantage of low accuracy in control, the main contact can complete all of the control and protection functions, it is widely used in various fields.Intelligent design of CPS was the main content of this paper, focused on protection technology, control technology and communication technology of CPS intelligent control and protection module, included the programming and hardware design of slave machine which used TMS320F28335 DSP as the core processor and the programming of host machine based on LabVIEW.Firstly, the functions and characteristics of intelligent CPS were introduced, the hardware of intelligent control and protection module was designed, current protection principles and algorithms were studied, and the function of phase selection was designed and tested. In the calculation of electric parameters, FFT algorithm was used to solve the problem that traditional method cannot detect harmonic components of signal accurately. The modularized designing method was used in the slave machine to complete the writing of the program code and the program flow chart of each function module was provided.Secondly, the communication technology of CPS was researched, a communication method based on MODBUS protocol was introduced, the communication program and the human-computer interaction interface were designed, and the program flow charts and part of the code were provided.The intelligent system of CPS which is designed in this paper has the advantage of simple structure, it is easy to realize and can satisfy the need of engineering, therefore it has a highly practical value.
