Aiming at the research and development of control Communication system of Controland Protective Switching Device(CPS). CPS is a new type of low-voltage electricalproducts, it covers many of the functions of traditional low voltage electrical appliances,such as circuit breakers, contactors, overload protective relay, and so on. Now CPS hasbecome an indispensable equipment in the power automation system. The runningcondition of the CPS will directly affect the security and stability of the whole circuitsystem. With the rapid development of network communication technology in recent years,smart grid technology has become the grid anti-war trend in the future. In order to matchthe power grid development, CPS also need access to the communication module,complete control and protection switch network requirements.For adapting to the development of science and technology brought increasinglyhigh the reliability of smart grid, this subject designed a communication-function CPScommunication system based on GOOSE in the premise of researching low-voltageapparatus and IEC61850. By using the embedded design concept, this topic willcommunication module designed to MPC8315E processor as the system core, with Linuxembedded operating system for the soul of embedded system. CPS communication to theupper intelligent electrical equipment By industrial Ethernet, the communication modulecontinuously transmit the parameters of the control and protective switching to the upperdevice, such as current, voltage and other parameters, and the upper device will be releasedcommand to the control and protective switching through the Ethernet. Because upperintelligent electrical equipment is not supplied in the system, this subject designed aGOOSE sending program to control interface by C#software environment and Sharppcapcomponent. Interface of the program sends the using visual image of the command buttonto the lower machine, easy to understand, easy to operate, the control system for the CPS.The program interface is so simple and easy that the operator can directly command to CPS by clicking the button in order to realize controlling it.Finally, to check out the communication module in this paper developed, includingthe operation of intelligent control communication module, the data of CPS receiving,processing and transmission, and verification of real-time systems. The result of testingprove that the GOOSE communication system can achieve requirement and verify thefeasibility of the design.
