The Research Of Gas Engineering Project With Whole Process Cost Management

As one of the goals and tasks of project construction management process, the importance of whole process cost management on gas engineering project is self-evident.This paper analyses related theory on the cost management of construction and installation industry,which will be used in gas engineering cost management and be reasonable and appropriate to reduce the cost of gas project construction and optimize various expenses. Gas construction project cost management work starts from the initial project investment estimation and budgetary estimation, followed by the engineering bidding and tendering, contract and construction phase, until completion settlement and project margin return.This is a key goal of our project management. We can adopt scientific and reasonable cost control methods and means at different stages of the construction project with manpower, material resources, financial resources.For the purpose of reducing unnecessary costs in the process of engineering construction and resource consumption.Under the premise of progress goals, quality goals and safety requirements in the engineering construction,we must save construction project engineering cost, reduce the engineering cost and make the enterprise gain more profit.This paper take Taiyuan northwest ring high pressure natural gas pipeline engineering construction as an example and apply the theory of cost management in the whole process cost management of each phase with the concrete measures and methods in the early stage of the construction of the project, construction stage and completion stage of the project cost control and management, in order to achieve cost saving target. In the early stage of the construction,the key is the solution of technical and economic feasibility; In the construction phase, the progress is coordinated with cost and quality.we will pay attention to changes which occur during the course of a project construction; In the project completion phase we emphasize strict audit construction unit the completion of the settlement information.In gas project construction,whole process cost management is very important. The assessment of the quality of a project which not only depends on the quality of the project entity, but also depends on the cost control of engineering and social benefits. In the construction phase,the whole process cost management research and evaluation will be reasonable and effective and be more with less.
