Coal gangue is coal in the process of formation and associated or symbiotic a solid rock,is the by-product in the process of coal mining production,it is both a solid waste,Is also available resources has a dual purpose. There are many different kinds of coal gangue and complicated composition, around the coal gangue physical and chemical properties are different, and in the same place of coal gangue and it’s uneven size and strength. Its forming theory, mechanical properties, micro structure, etc are lack of system knowledge. A large number of abandoned coal gangue used more dump type of cone type or in valleys natural loosely stacked around the mine, that make the current coal mining area coal gangue piled up, take up a lot of farm land,and the coal gangue fine material by rain wash brought to the surface, causing land desertification, soil fertility reduction, food production. In the process of coal gangue natural decomposition will also release A variety of toxic gases, such as 2SO,SH2 and CO, etc, this makes the atmosphere and water is serious pollution, serious influence and harm to people’s life and health.Therefore, reasonable effective comprehensive utilization of coal gangue is a urgent and social problems to be solved.In this paper, based on in Fushun city Wanghua shenjingzi town within the jurisdiction of the test road, it star from Datai finish in Lixiang. With the coal gangue of Fushun mining area as the research object,in turn to the on the basis of a large number of related literature at home and abroad,make the test for coal gangue mineral composition,the basic physical indicators(including coal gangue particles,needle flake,crush number,liquid plastic limit and sand equivalent),the road performance(including the 7 days unconfined pressure strength, cleavage strength,antifreeze performance and low temperature shrinkage performance)make a large number of indoor and outdoor experiment,then based on the finite element analysis on the mechanical property of coal gangue and the service life of the study, it is concluded that the feasibility of coal gangue is suitable for roadbed, applied to road base broad prospects.This article main research content is as follows:1. The coal gangue in Shen Fu area(burned out and not burn) physical chemistry and engineering properties of detailed analysis, studied the physical and chemical properties of the influence of coal gangue filling roadbed;2. Through indoor test, the pressure strength of coal gangue, splitting strength, low temperature shrinkage and freeze resistance properties are studied, determining the feasibility of coal gangue filling roadbed;3. Relying on the test road, through to the inorganic binder stabilized coal gangue base material to study the related performance, to evaluate the road scene;4. Based on the BISAR software, comprehensive analysis to determine reasonable gangue base asphalt pavement structure layer, to study its mechanical properties and service life, low for the comprehensive promotion activity of coal gangue in different grade roads provide theoretical basis for the application.The coal gangue materials used for roadbed filling, it can play a recycling,turn“waste” into wealth protecting the environment role,on the one hand,using coal gangue filling roadbed reduce the expenditure of the processing of coal mine coal gangue,a lot of coal gangue piled up now, caused great pollution to the environment.On the other hand,coal gangue filling embankment to reduce the cost of the roadbed material in highway construction. Using coal gangue filling roadbed belongs to turn “waste” into wealth,only the cost of transport, storage and coal processing. But how to further better make full use of coal gangue is still a problem to be solved.
